Valve Bagging

Technipes is a leader in the supply of Impeller and Force Air Flow Valve bag bagging machines. These are either a fully-automated system with the automatic bag placer or the semi-automated system where the operator usually presents the bag manually.

There are two models to choose from, namely:
  • the Techno 350 Impeller, and the
  • Techno FF Force Flow

Product ranges cater for non-free-flowing material such as tile grout, cement, tile cement, Lime, micronized minerals, etc. Systems can be supplied in formats of single, double, triple and quad heads.

All electronic weighers are supplied with an electronic control unit which is extremely versatile and easy to operate. Among other functions, the electronic unit features:
  • A 4-digit display for weight visualisation
  • A programmable self-tare function to allow for storing of different product
    parameters for immediate recall.

Besides standard electronic weighing units, specific systems are available in order to achieve yield in weight control and production cycle analysis. By simply interfacing your weighing machines with a basic PC set-up, the visualisation, processing and final print-out of the following parameters can be obtained:
  • Product yield (single or total) in weight and capacity (hourly, daily, monthly, yearly)
  • Graphic representations of any selected parameters
  • Yield in weight statistics analysis (production checks)
  • Self-diagnosing and troubleshooting units with warning alarms.
